Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to love every Clover & Ide product. If you're not completely happy, for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund — no questions asked. Yes, even if you've opened it or tried it.

Please reach out before sending anything back so we can help you through it — items sent without contacting us first may be delayed.

Damages and issues. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we'll make it right immediately.

Refunds. Once we receive your return, we'll let you know it's approved and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take a few extra days for your bank or card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please email us at cloverandide@gmail.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, with the item in its original condition and proof of purchase.
